Colony Capital, others said in talks on stakes in Italy's struggling Aedes
The LA-based private equity group Colony Capital is reported in talks with Italy's listed property fund manager Aedes to take a minority stake as the group struggles with high debt and after a report from auditor Ernst & Young urging rapid improvements in its financial position.
