Immofinanz, Immoeast could merge this year, Petrikovics says
Karl Petrikovics, CEO of Immofinanz and Immoeast, said the two companies could merge by the end of the year. He told Bloomberg Television that this could be possible after shareholders approved the two groups buying the real estate assets of Vienna's Constantia Private bank, including the external management contracts of Petrikovics himself.
