Klepierre, ABP in e2.7bn joint venture to acquire Norway's Steen & Strom
French REIT/SIIC Klépierre and Dutch pension fund ABP, which is one of its major investors, have formed a joint venture to acquire 100% of the outstanding share capital of Norway's retail mall group Steen & Strøm from owner Canica for a price of NOK 21.9bn (e2.7bn).
