German real estate economy continues downswing - King Sturge
The mood in the German real estate industry going into the second half of 2008 has dropped to a low according to Real Estate Climate Index by realtor King Sturge. The survey of 1,000 market participants showed a noticeable downturn in July, tracking macro-economic downtrends. The reading of 90.8 points clearly undercut June's 101.3, and compares to a neutral threshold of 100.
