Colony eyes e1bn assets as Italy's Aedes chases three options for debt crisis exit
Tom Barrack's LA-based private equity group Colony Capital is negotiating to acquire up to e1bn in assets from Italy's struggling property fund manager Aedes. Aedes reported e48.7m in losses for the first half-year, and has seen its stock sink by nearly 80% in the last 12 months, taking market capitalisation down to around e97m.
