Netherlands's Corio sees 1H08 EBIT climb to e166m, buys Turkey project
Dutch-based Corio, one of the largest listed property investment companies with a focus on retail in Europe, saw its EBIT rise by e20.4m to e165.8m in 1H08, outweighing the growth in net financing expenses, while like-for-like net rental income rose by 5.9% and the average occupancy rate edged slightly higher to 96.6%.
