US casino operator Harrah's freezes mega-project in central Spain
US casino operator Harrah's Entertainment has decided to freeze its plans to build one of the largest casino resorts in the world in Spain due to the real estate crisis. Harrah had envisioned a e6.5bn investment in the central region of Ciudad Real, but Chairman Gary Loveman said the market is currently too unfavourable.
