Europe's listed property body launches REIT initiative, rejecting EU ruling
The European association of listed real estate companies, EPRA, has launched its own initiative to promote REITs on the continent, backed by associations in six major European countries. The move is in direct opposition to a lobby announced last year by a coalition of bodies headed by the Brussels-based European Property Federation.
