Spain's Hercesa plans e500m housing in Bulgarian capital Sofia
The Bulgarian head of Spanish property developer Hercesa has announced plans for a e500m gated residential property in the Bulgarian capital of Sofia, including its own railway station. Nikolina Nikolova told a news conference the development will feature more than 2,000 apartments, and will start construction in 2010.
