Bid for Germany's Polis is not intended at full control - chairman
The takeover bid for German listed commercial property group Polis by the Karlsruhe-based Mann group is not genuinely aimed at 100% ownership but has been instituted only due to the legal requirement to do it, Polis Chairman Alan Cadmus told PFE.
