Italian REIT/SIIQ attracts e1.3bn assets despite troubled parent Aedes
The maiden REIT/SIIQ project of struggling Italian fund manager Aedes has successfully collected e1.3bn worth of property assets backed by e680m in debt, which are now undergoing due diligence, according to CEO Massimiliano Morrone.
