Capital & Regional sells half of German retail portfolio in JV to Apollo Real Estate Advisors
British-based LSE-listed real estate investment manager Capital & Regional has entered a joint venture agreement with private equity group Apollo Real Estate Advisers for the latter to pay e65.6m to acquire around half of C&R's equity stake in a German portfolio of retail assets.
