CBRE taps Spain's Banesto to help financing on new real estate auction
International real estate broker CB Richard Ellis, together with Spanish banking partner Banesto, are auctioning homes throughout Spain at discounts of 13%-32%. CBRE said the auction will take place over internet on the site www.tusubastacbre.com and will last through to 6 November. The average price of the homes to be auction will be around e200,000.
