French REIT Gecina resumes share buyback to finally split from Metrovacesa
The board of French REIT/SIIC Gecina has approved resumption of a share buyback offer designed to complete a complex separation from its recent owner, the large listed Spanish real estate firm Metrovacesa. The offer will probably be submitted for shareholder approval before year-end.
