European real estate shuddering from crisis as Expo Real 2008 opens doors
As Expo Real 2008 opens its doors on Monday, European commercial real estate is shuddering from the financial and asset market crisis in a way not seen since at least the 1970s. Fear of more valuation slides is rife and the main worry is that the slow adjustment process in Europe may postpone any recovery well beyond 2009.
