French retail REIT Altarea opens Brittany mall at e57m, rental income surges
French REIT/SIIC Altarea, a shopping mall specialist, has opened Les portes de Brest-Guipavas in Guipavas Brittany, at a total investment of e57m and offering 52,000 sq.m. of GLA. Earlier the group reported net rental income up 31% in first half e53.7m, though net profit slid 58% to e67m.
