Austria's CA Immo concentrates on its current CEE markets -Ettenauer
Austrian-listed real estate group CA Immobilien, active in nine central and eastern European markets, plans to concentrate on the regions where it is already involved rather than on expanding, Bruno Ettenauer told PFE. "We invested little in these markets in the first half of 2008. We wanted to hold our firepower. When we go into a market, we go in as a long-term investor."
