Austria's conwert sees CEE prices declining, rebound mid-2009 - Kohar
Austria's top-end listed residential investor and refurbisher conwert sees downward price pressures in central and eastern Europe, with a rebound possible in mid-2009. "Prices and valuations need to be ratcheted down," CEO Johann Kowar told PFE on the sidelines of Expo Real in Munich. "I wouldn't exclude the possibility of a marked price correction."
