Austria's troubled Immofinanz/east weigh merger, stocks watchdog sounds alarm
The Austrian stock market regulator has referred to the state prosecutor two cases centred on the recent merger of real estate interests of listed property firm Immofinanz and Constantia Bank. Karl Petrikovics, chairman of Immofinanz and its subsidiary Immoeast stepped down last week after news of the investigation.
