Expo Real 2008 reports 7.7% attendance growth despite financial crisis
Organisers of the Expo Real 2008 in Munich last week, the 11th annual trade fair since inception in 1998, report that attendance recorded strong growth despite the credit crisis. Messe München said Expo Real this year attracted 24,500 trade visitors, up from 23,800 in 2007. Over 17,500 exhibitors took part, boosting full participation 7.7% to 42,000.
