ING pan-European health care funds aims for a closing this year
The first pan-European fund to invest in health care real estate is aiming for a closing this year, Wietse de Vries, ING fund manager, told Expo Real. The semi open-ended fund, with an indefinite time frame and no volume cap, is to diverse geographically, and German investments will play a large role. Target yields are 7% - 8-1/2%.
