Asian central banks likely moving into European real estate - Allianz's Valente
One of the outcomes of the current financial crisis is that Asian sources of capital, even Asian central banks, are planning to move into real estate in Europe as they have into the US, to buy assets at low prices, says Joe Valente, newly-appointed head of research for Allianz Real Estate.
