IPD head sees gradual move in Europe to more frequent funds valuations
Property funds in European national real estate sectors are increasing their frequency of reporting so that the UK-based Investment Property Databank is hopeful to soon provide at least quarterly index readings as a basis for performance measurement and derivatives across more countries on the continent, the company's CEO Laurent Ternisian told PFE recently.
