Italy's Risanamento granted e60m debt extension, negotiates for new credit
Struggling Italian developer Risanamento has been granted one month grace on a e60m debt payment to its primary creditor Intesa Sanpaolo. It is also negotiating a new e80m line of credit with Intesa Sanpaolo, Unicredit and Banca Popolare di Milano. The grace period is on a payment which forms part of a e150m bridge loan Intesa Sanpaolo made to Risanamento last April.
