KanAm backs out of deal to buy Frankfurt's Opera Tower office project
Open-ended property fund KanAm Grundinvest has allowed its option to purchase Frankfurt's unfinished Opera Tower office building project from US developer Tishman Speyer to expire without being exercised. It was due to pay e500m for the project.
