Spanish government authorises REITS to help struggling property sector
To boost liquidity in the hard-hit real estate sector and spur the rental housing market, the Spanish government plans has quickly decided to introduce Real Estate Investment Trusts, and has also announced a e3bn official loan to support the property sector.
