French Klépierre closes e2.7bn Steen & Strom deal, sets e300m rights issue
French REIT/SIIC Klépierre and the Dutch ABP Pension Fund has closed the agreement with the Swedish Canica acquire 100% of Steen & Strøm, Scandinavia's largest integrated real estate specialist of shopping centres, for a total of e2.7bn.
