French REIT FdR to launch OPCI fund, seek foreign equity partners
French REIT/SIIC Foncière des Régions is to launch its own OPCI open-end fund by the end of this year, and will actively seek new business and equity partners to exploit the fund as an alternative to the listed vehicles within its REIT holding-subsidiary structure.
