GE Real Estate delists French REIT/SIIC, transfer capital to OPCI fund
Paris-based property investment manager GE Real Estate, part of the General Electric group, has dropped the price at which it is delisting its French property company IPBM, the operating subsidiary of its REITL/SIIC Sophia GE, and transferring its capital into an OPCI open-end fund.
