Dutch Wereldhave reports lower 9mth profit on downward valuations
Listed Dutch property group Wereldhave, with a diversified portfolio in Europe and the United States, posted a fall in nine-month direct and indirect profit to e65.3m from e146.7m in the year-ago period due to lower valuation results. But it increased its full-year operating profit target and said it would match the 2008 dividend.
