Dutch REIT VastNed Offices/Industrial launches buyback for 10% of stock
The Dutch REIT VastNed Offices/Industrial, externally managed through the same board of management as VastNed Retail, is launching a buyback of its own shares representing about 9.6% of its outstanding stock. The share was last trading just under e5, down from over e30 last year.
