Catalan-based Metropolis readies e500m Europe-wide RE buying spree
The Catalan-based investment group Metropolis has formed a new property investment arm known as Metroinvest, made up of Catalan family offices and private banking clients of the La Caixa savings bank - and the new company, formed in December, has e500m to invest.
