Paris office rentals to fall below 2m sq.m., negative net absorption - Keops
The Paris region office leasing is likely to fall below the 2m sq.m. in volume during 2009, which would be a drop of around 15% as against the 2.3m sq.m. rented last year, according to the leasing director of the realtor Keops Laurent Castellani.
