Swiss Züblin continues asset sales following redistribution of French unit equity
The listed Swiss real estate investor Züblin has been steadily selling assets in the last few months to align its portfolio with a revised strategy to concentrate investment holdings on office properties in a few selected cities in Switzerland, France and Germany.
