UK's Ærium launches two funds in Swiss assets with e620m
UK real estate investment and management group Ærium has launched two real estate funds focused on Swiss investment and development assets, allowing immediate investment capacity of some e620m. Equity was raised from European, US and Middle Eastern pension funds, institutional investors and hedge funds.
