CMBS market in EMEA to stay slow in 2009, at e10bn-e15bn volume - Moody's
The commercial mortgage-backed securities market in Europe, the Middle East and Africa should rebound slightly in 2009 but remain slow, following an 89% plunge in issue volume to e6.3bn in 2008, according to ratings agency Moody's. Estimated issuance volume this year is seen between e10bn and e15bn in total.
