French REIT FPF cancels 5.1% of capital in response to share selloff
French REIT/SIIC Foncière Paris France, specialised in commercial real estate, has cancelled 92,000 treasury shares representing 5.1% of its capital and has simultaneously issued 10,000 new stock. The company, with a portfolio of 40 assets valued at e434m, is headed by Jean-Paul Dumortier, also the president of the French REITs association FSIF.
