German open-end funds said likely to re-open before October, capital now flows in
Many German open-end real estate funds that remained closed at the end of January to investor capital withdrawals are likely to reopen well before next October, the announced limit to their current closure to capital redemptions, according to sources at the CIMMIT property conference in Frankfurt today.
