Italy's Beni Stabili 2008 operating income to rise 8% - Mazzocco
Beni Stabili, the Italian office investment and management unit of French REIT/SIIC Foncière des Régions, should show 2008 operating income 8% higher than the 2007 at e190m, CEO Aldo Mazzocco said. He said the listed group's core business of rental income, mainly from offices, saw earnings on par with 2007, which were e198m.
