Orion buys French SFL equity, just after Credit Agricole's Calyon takes 8.8%
Private equity firm Orion Capital Managers has become the latest buyer into the equity of French REIT Société Foncière Lyonnaise, just weeks after Calyon, the corporate and investment banking arm of Credit Agricole, exercised its option to buy around 8.8% from Spain's Colonial in exchange for debt owed by the Madrid group.
