Paris-based Weinberg gets AMF green light for two OPCIs
The French financial market supervisory authority has given the green light to Paris-based private equity group Weinberg Capital Partners to launch two OPCI property funds, one targeted at institutional investors and one as a mutual real estate fund for private savers. Weinberg Capital Partners was created in 2005 by Serge Weinberg, a former head of cabinet for Socialist Prime Minster Laurent Fabius in the late 1970s.
