Pfandbrief covered bonds seeing some return of investors - von Köller
The German Pfandbrief covered bond market is showing slight signs of recovery, with institutions beginning to invest again, according to Karsten von Köller, CEO of the German subsidiary of the Texas-based Lone Star Funds private equity group. He told a seminar in Frankfurt organised by the ZIA real estate association that German insurance groups in particular are beginning to show renewed interest.
