Czech's richest man, ECM founder set up largest property manager JV
Czech Republic's richest man and one of its most successful real estate entrepreneurs have set up a joint venture to manage property assets, establishing one of the largest integrated real estate firms with activities extending through CEE to Russia and China. Petr Kellner, founder of the PPF Group, and Milan Janku, 85% owner of Prague-listed property developer and investor ECM Real Estate Investments, have agreed that PPF should contribute a larger-volume portfolio and becoming the majority shareholder.
