Africa-Israel opens business centres in Bulgaria, Serbia
Tel Aviv-listed developer Africa-Israel Investments Europe, active in residential and commercial development in eight countries in Europe, has opened two office buildings in Belgrade, Serbia and the Bulgarian Black Sea port of Varna. It added 16,000 sq. m. of office space to the existing 30,000 sq. m at Business Park Varna, which on completion represents investment of e200m. AFI also opened Airport City Belgrade business centre, a joint venture with Tidhar. But AFI, controlled by Lev Leviev, is reported to be negotiating to sell this to a Greek fund for e150m.
