Pannattoni moves ahead with Czech, Polish logistics developments
In the Czech Republic, leading industrial and commercial developer Panattoni Europe plans to complete by August the third 21,900 sq.m. phase of Panattoni Park Prague Airport, a 40 ha. park near Prague airport and 20 km from the city centre. The first 14,780 sq.m. building was delivered last December and the second, 13,670 sq.m, at the beginning of this year. Both are fully rented. Panattoni's planned distribution centre will have eight buildings with a total area of 160,000 sq.m. - Panattoni Park Prague Airport is its flagship project in the Czech Republic. It has also expanded its D5 Logistics Park in the west of the country on the Prague-Nurnberg motorway, and is planning other new investments.
