European listed property association EPRA to move to Brussels
The European Public Real Estate Association, the industry association that represents the listed property industry in Europe, is to move its office to Brussels from Amsterdam in early July, following approval of the decision by its executive board and members. EPRA Chief Executive Philip Charls said: "A major part of European policy-making takes place in Europe, and EPRA's move will provide the association with the opportunity to build better relationships with EU policy-makers on a day-to-day basis. The move will enhance EPRA's visibility as a European representative organisation and therefore assist it in its mission to promote, develop and represent the European public real estate sector." EPRA's annual conference in September will also be held close to Brussels.
