Holland's Multi says record eight projects under construction
The Gouda-based shopping centre developer Multi Vastgoed said it has a record number of eight new retail projects under construction, a record in over 25 years in the business. "Two things, above all, have enabled us to achieve this: excellent choices of location and the fact that we always go for quality", said managing director Heino Vink. The biggest is the Stadskwartier in the Dutch city of Nieuwegein where Cityplaza, the shopping heart of the town centre, is being doubled in size to 56,000 sq.m.
