Nordic total property returns to fall 9% this year - Aberdeen PI
All property total returns in the Nordic region this year are likely to show a negative as wide as 9.4%, driven by a capital value slide of 15.1%, according to research by Aberdeen Property Investors. Capital values have fallen by some 3% in first quarter already.
