Echo wins e50m Eurohypo loan for Polish project, progresses in Hungary
Warsaw-listed commercial real estate developer and investor Echo Investment has concluded a e50m credit agreement with Eurohypo for refinancing building costs of its 33,000 sq.m. Park Postepu office complex under construction in Warsaw. The credit has final repayment in January 2020. Eurohypo said credits granted to Echo over several years have exceeded e350m.
