Italy's giant Enel picks Fimit to manage e190m non-core property fund
Italy's largest power company, the giant formerly state-owned Enel, has approved a plan to create a fund to be endowed with its non-core real estate property in Italy, giving fund manager Fimit SGR the management mandate. Enel said it will endow the fund with some 3,000 small real estate assets valued at about e190m.
